Savour unique Indigenous-inspired culinary creations. Each student is exploring traditional Indigenous foods and cultures from one of eight regions across BC. Drawing inspiration from their research, they’ll craft an original canape at a live-action station that reflects their unique style and pays tribute to the communities they have studied.<\/p>\n
UFV has been dedicated to nurturing these aspiring chefs and is thrilled to be celebrating the success of our first graduating class.<\/p>\n
