The survey,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.ca\/r\/oncampusclinicsurveystudents\"> which can be accessed at this link,<\/a>\u00a0 focuses on accessibility of health care for UFV students\/employees and seeks to determine whether medical services on-campus are needed and would be utilized. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will inform a recommendation for how UFV could move forward to provide health care services for students and employees in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. All surveys submitted will be utilized in the data analysis.
