UFV’s Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE), in collaboration with UFV’s Alumni Association, is thrilled to announce a lineup of events in November in celebration of National Career Month.<\/p>\n

Join us for a series of engaging workshops, panels, and networking events designed to help you navigate your career journey:<\/p>\n

Nov 7 – “Understanding AI” Keynote with Dr. Amir Shabani
\nNov 15 – “Pave your own (career) path”
\nNov 22 – “Transitioning from university to the workplace”
\nNov 30 – “How to recruit yourself” with Adam Currie<\/p>\n

In addition to the events, CECE is introducing UFV’s Career Month 2023 initiative “Share your career influencer story!”<\/p>\n

Whether you’re a UFV alumni, faculty, staff, or student, we want to hear about\u00a0 individuals from the UFV community who left a lasting impact on your career journey. The first 20 individuals to submit a nomination will receive a $10 gift card to SUS Fair Grounds, and all participants will be entered to win one of two $50 gift cards of your choice.<\/p>\n
