IT Services will be performing network upgrades on Saturday, Oct 28\u00a0<\/sup>and Sunday, Oct 29. This will impact all wired and Wi-Fi connections as well as telephone services on the Chilliwack campus at Canada Education Park. To minimize impact, this outage has been scheduled during the ITS Standard Maintenance Window<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What is being done?<\/b><\/p>\n

Network equipment is being upgraded for improved performance and reliability as part of the Network Modernization program.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

When will this occur?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Sat, Oct 28 from 7 pm to midnight and Sun, Oct 29 from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be intermittent service interruptions during the maintenance window.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Who is impacted?
<\/b><\/p>\n

All users located on the Chilliwack campus and users attempting to remote into their desktop computers at the Chilliwack campus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

All users of soft phones and Mitel MiCollab on mobile devices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
