Hello everyone! We are excited to announce our next event will be a hike up Sumas Mountain.<\/p>\n

This hike will take place on Tuesday, April 25. We will be meeting at the trailhead at 9:45 am, and we will be starting the hike at 10 am.<\/p>\n

If you are to look it up on AllTrails, this hike is called \u201cChadsey Lake Trail and Sumas Mountain\u201d.
\nhttps:\/\/www.alltrails.com\/trail\/canada\/british-columbia\/chadsey-lake-trail-and-sumas-mountain<\/p>\n

This trail will be approximately 3h 26 minutes round-trip, and is 9km with 530m of elevation gain.<\/p>\n

The hike will take us to a beautiful lookout of Chilliwack and Abbotsford.<\/p>\n

It is a moderately difficult trail, meaning you must ensure to wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Bring water and snacks.<\/p>\n

Parking is limited so please carpool where possible.<\/p>\n

The parking lot is up a dirt road. Although it is generally accessible by smaller cars, vehicles with higher clearance are recommended.<\/p>\n
