Join Tech Talk with TLC learning specialist Michelle Johnson and SoCA digital media technician Robin Pittman on the implications of the proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems in higher education and especially here at UFV. This month we will discuss AI Image Generators such as DALL-E-2, Mid-journey, and Stable Diffusion that create art from any natural language prompt. We will create space to share our concerns about the technology, discuss ways that educators can adapt their teaching methods in response to it, and strategize discipline-specific approaches to assessment. This forum is open to anyone interested in learning more about how to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to leveraging AI for enhancing learning in post-secondary education.<\/p>\n
