If you were an Abbotsford resident who accessed services due to the flooding in November 2021, please fill out this survey so we can understand the recovery supports and efforts residents received. Your participation will give your voice impact on future policy decisions in your community.<\/p>\n

All participants will also have the option to be included in a draw to win one of five $100 gift cards and one $500 gift card.<\/p>\n

This research project is being conducted by the Community Health and Social Innovation Hub at the University of the Fraser Valley on behalf of Archway Community Services in Abbotsford, BC.<\/p>\n
