Dr. Iris Lesser, Dr. Gillian Hatfield, and Dr. Amanda Wurz are heading up the multi-year movement-based project.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Participants will be divided into three groups: one which includes 12 weeks of in-person exercise and wellness classes, one which will receive online classes, and one that receives information only.
