Objectives of this workshop:<\/p>\n
\u2022 To briefly overview the scope and impact of chronic, non-cancer pain on the population.
\n\u2022 To introduce chronic pain mechanisms within a neuroplastic and biopsychosocial framework.
\n\u2022 To challenge biases about pain treatment and dispel common myths.
\n\u2022 To explore evidence-based, non-medicine, pain self-management options (with an emphasis on pain psychology).
\n\u2022 To share recommendations for vetted resources and additional exploration.<\/p>\n
