Navigating Challenging Situations takes us through a real-life example of a challenging situation you have experienced in the past. Using your own example, you will uncover the role(s) you and others played in the situation and that you can do differently when faced with a similar situation in the future. Once we recognize the role we play in a challenging situation, we can create strategies needed to behave differently next time.<\/p>\n
