To help prevent the spread of infectious disease please:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check daily for symptoms of illness and stay home if you have symptoms or are sick (and contact your supervisor or instructor to discuss options).<\/li>\n<li>Consider wearing a mask, especially in enclosed areas where people are in close proximity. Masks remain optional and it\u2019s important to respect that many people may or may not choose to wear one.<\/li>\n<li>Get vaccinated for the flu and COVID-19 and stay current <a href=\"https:\/\/can01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww2.gov.bc.ca%2Fgov%2Fcontent%2Fcovid-19%2Fvaccine%2Fbooster&amp;data=05%7C01%7CDave.Pinton%40ufv.ca%7C732da22164004f27e0cf08da7f08614b%7Ca3d10b1dc22648f9a6db976df918187e%7C1%7C0%7C637961971211591918%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=tD%2FPfjx6hQsFGpX055co4mqE3PxeKhh7PQCeK8vti8g%3D&amp;reserved=0\">with booster shots<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Practice respiratory etiquette: cover coughs and dispose of tissues appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Use sanitizer stations on campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UFV will continue to monitor this health matter and COVID-19 while adhering to the guidelines recommended by the health authorities.
