The Faculty Standards committee of Senate has two positions available on the Faculty Service Excellence award (FSEA) selection committee, for the 2022-23 year:
\n– 1 student, 1-year term (until July 31, 2023)
\n– 1 staff, 2-year term (until July 31, 2024)<\/p>\n
Students and staff need to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Senate bylaws (p.11) found at ufv.ca\/senate.<\/p>\n
The committee meets approximately two to three times — once in December or January, and one or two more times between January and March. Committee members are also asked to individually review nomination packages in advance of meetings.<\/p>\n
If you’re interested in joining, please email UFVsecretariat@ufv.ca by October 4, and provide a brief paragraph about your interest in being a member of the FSEA selection committee.<\/p>\n
