The UFV Library and Teaching and Learning Centre are pleased to announce a Call for Proposals for the Open Education Micro Grant (OEMG) program. This program, funded by UFV\u2019s Strategic Initiatives Fund, provides faculty with the funds to hire an open education student assistant to help with the development or modification of open educational resources (OERs) that will enhance and support student learning. Examples of OERs include textbooks, lab manuals, or ancillary resources such as quiz banks, animations, interactive activities etc. Funding to cover four projects ($2,500 each in student funding) is currently available. The period for funding support is April 1 to August 31, 2022. Projects selected for funding must be completed by August 31.<\/p>\n
