IT Services has recently revised the standard maintenance window in an effort to reduce the unexpected disruption of service for UFV students and employees. Our maintenance window is a recurring event during which IT Services completes planned outages for repairs and upgrades. Whenever possible, IT Services will schedule outages during this defined window:<\/p>\n
Saturdays 6-10 pm
\nThursdays 6-10 am<\/p>\n
In order to avoid an unexpected disruption of service, we recommend that employees and students be aware of possible outages during these times.<\/p>\n
Events occurring within our maintenance window and those outside our window will continue to be communicated via email, IT Services Maintenance Calendar, and Twitter.<\/p>\n
