Calling all faculty members:<\/p>\n
Dr. Candy Ho, assistant professor of Integrative Career & Capstone Learning, College of Arts, is conducting a qualitative study (UFV HREB Protocol No: 100829) to investigate the question, \u201cHow can faculty members in post-secondary institutions incorporate the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) to enhance teaching and curriculum?\u201d<\/p>\n
The aim is to gain insight into faculty members\u2019 awareness and understanding of the SDGs, and provide recommendations to post-secondary institutions, professional associations, and government agencies on how to mobilize the SDGs in post-secondary institutions.<\/p>\n
Dr. Ho is seeking faculty participation in the study as follows:
\n– participation in a one-on-one virtual interview
\n– design and implementation of an SDG course component
\n– debrief in a virtual focus group<\/p>\n
Participant time commitment is anticipated to be between 5.75-8.5 hours. Participants will be compensated with $100 in gift cards of their choice.<\/p>\n
