This interactive course includes:
\n\u2022 increases understanding what is a respectful workplace
\n\u2022 provides definitions of discrimination, harassment, and bullying
\n\u2022 increases awareness of behaviours that constitute discrimination, harassment, bullying, or disrespect
\n\u2022 provides information about what employees can do if they have a complaint or a concern
\n\u2022 provide tools on how to speak up if employees witness discrimination, harassment, or bullying
\n\u2022 provides information on respectful language and gender identity expression
\n\u2022 offers employees the opportunity to apply the principles they learn to realistic workplace situations<\/p>\n
