We have had many requests from departments to enable identification of usage and volume to monitor print budgets more effectively and track detail.\u00a0 This process will allow for accountability and savings.<\/p>\n<p>Departments will receive monthly reports detailing print charges and activity, which will assist in identifying anomalies. Any questions about charges, volume, or errors can be queried easily.<\/p>\n<p>This new procedure will be rolling out in the next couple of months. Departments will be contacted by IT prior to installation.
