BFA Grad Exhibition: Beru Bell, Pointy Trees on view at the S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery<\/p>\n
Exhibition continues November 10-26, 2020<\/p>\n
The S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery welcomes visitors to experience Beru Bell’s installation Pointy Trees, 2020 from November 10-26, 2020. Pointy Trees introduces tree-lanterns constructed from biodegradable materials with each one having its own sound-reactive circuit. In this space, any sound that you make will extinguish the lights inside the trees. Video and paintings are also part of this ecologically themed exhibition.<\/p>\n
What to know before you visit:
\nSince reopening, procedures have been put in place to ensure that the S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery is safe and ready to welcome visitors.
\n\u2022 Wear a mask, face shield or face covering (mandatory, effective September 1, 2020).
\n\u2022 At this time, we are only allowing a maximum of three people in the gallery at a time.
\n\u2022 Please keep two (2) metres (6 feet) apart.
\n\u2022 Do NOT touch any of the artworks.
\n\u2022 Do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
\n\u2022 Gallery Hrs: noon-5 pm, Mon \u2013 Fri
\n\u2022 Admission is free.<\/p>\n
