This summer, self-serve password reset (SSPR) was made available to all UFV faculty and staff. The deadline for enrolling is just around the corner — please set up SSPR before October 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What do I need to know?<\/strong>
\nSSPR is a one-time-only enrollment that gives you ownership over your passwords, without having to go through the IT Service Desk; once you\u2019re set up, it is ready to use whenever you need to reset your password. For more information about SSPR, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What do I need to do?<\/strong>
\n\u2022 If you haven\u2019t enrolled yet, please click here<\/a> for simple step-by-step instructions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bookmark this link<\/a>, for instructions on how to reset your password at any time after you’ve enrolled. Please note: you must enroll for SSPR before attempting to reset your password.<\/p>\n

Please enroll for self-serve password reset by October 30. If you’re not enrolled before Friday, you’ll receive an automated prompt for SSPR when logging in to your email or MS Teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n
