All UFV faculty and staff email will be transferred to a cloud server called Exchange Online, throughout October. The current email system is aging and must be replaced to maintain service and functionality.<\/p>\n
ITS has a team dedicated to migrating your email from storage at UFV to the cloud. A schedule of the migration is available here.<\/a><\/p>\n With the move, your email username is changing to your to be your email address. Your password will remain the same, unless you elect to change it.<\/a><\/p>\n Current username — Ad-ufv\\doej The migration to Exchange Online will be deployed remotely. There is no specific action required on your part. You may be prompted to restart your Outlook or enter your password. \n\u2022 Modern webmail experience — Exchange Online webmail will have a modernized look, consistent with well-known mail applications.<\/p>\n
