During this one-hour training session, employees will:
\n\u2022 View the new self-service portal and services
\n\u2022 Learn how to find answers in our Knowledgebase articles (over 100)
\n\u2022 Browse the new Service Catalogue with over 25 new service requests
\n\u2022 Learn how to submit a service ticket
\n\u2022 Review your own requests and incidents<\/p>\n
