The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) has a Fund for Innovative Teaching (FIT) to support short-term (up to one-year) proposals for faculty to create, develop, or deliver innovative teaching and learning opportunities for students.<\/p>\n
This year, the following topics will be prioritized as fundable projects:
\n\u2022 Development of online courses
\n\u2022 Collaboration between faculty and student affairs
\n\u2022 Innovative delivery models
\n\u2022 Indigenization
\n\u2022 Experiential, work-integrated learning
\n\u2022 Internationalizing curriculum and learning
\n\u2022 Anti-racial pedagogy
\n\u2022 Interdisciplinary team teaching
\n\u2022 Open educational resources<\/p>\n
FIT funding for any one project may be for a maximum of $10,000.<\/p>\n

All FIT applications (for 2020-21 fiscal funding) must be submitted to the Office of the Provost, and VP Academic (provost@ufv.ca) by October 31, 2019.-<\/p>\n
