Kane is fouunder and artistic director of\u00a0Full Circle: First Nations Performance,<\/p>\n<p>Margo\u2019s citation recognizes \u201cher contributions to the advancement of Indigenous theatre in Canada as a performer, storyteller, teacher and leader\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Order of Canada, one of Canada&#8217;s highest civilian honours, was established in 1967, during Canada\u2019s centennial year, to recognize outstanding achievement, dedication to the community and service to the nation.
