UFV faculty and staff will receive an additional 0.4% pay increase in February 2018 under the BC Government\u2019s Economic Stability Mandate. This 0.4% raise is in addition to the 1% adjustment payable as per the bargained wage schedule. The Ministry of Finance announcement has details on this latest Economic Stability Dividend for all public sector employees.<\/p>\n
This salary increase is in addition to the 3.8% cumulative increases already received in our current 2014-2019 agreement.<\/p>\n
Updated bargained wage schedules which are reflective of this ESD increase have been posted online as an ancillary document to our Collective Agreement.<\/p>\n
