Interested in developing your Mindfulness Practice and\/or becoming a Mindfulness teacher? ADED 423 is a 3-credit course being offered in Winter 2018 on Thursdays from 5:30 – 8:30 pm and is a prerequisite for the Mindfulness Based Teaching & Learning Graduate Certificate. This course uses scientific and meditative forms of inquiry and is a practice-oriented approach to stress-management. Participants investigate stress, stress reactivity, and healthier responses to stress in their own experience and more generally. Distance learning is also an option.
