Indigenous Affairs senior advisor Shirley Hardman is looking for volunteers to sit with the Witness Blanket exhibit at various times.\u00a0 The duties are light.\u00a0 Our commitment is to have someone with the blanket for all open hours. The person who volunteers until 7 pm will need to ensure that security has come and locked the door.\u00a0 There is a docent \u201ccheat sheet\u201d that we will share with volunteers.<\/p>\n
To volunteer for a short while on any of the first days of next week please email Jennifer.MacDonald@ufv.ca<\/a> to let her know when you are available to sit with exhibit.<\/p>\n Please note:\u00a0 the exhibit is in Evered Hall and it is noticeably chilly in that room.
