The form is a fillable pdf and can be found online by visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ufv.ca\/janitorial\/hazardous-waste\">http:\/\/www.ufv.ca\/janitorial\/hazardous-waste<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that all waste materials are packaged according to safety standards as indicated by the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for that specific product.<\/p>\n<p>Email your completed forms to Adam Bodnar, Manager of Operations (Abbotsford B150R) no later than Fri, April 28.
