Registration for classes will be open on January 3. Classes being offered include Yoga, Zumba, Bellydance Fitness, More than Core and Functional Fitness. Times, locations, and registration can be found online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ufvcascades.ca\/rec\/fitness\/\">http:\/\/www.ufvcascades.ca\/rec\/fitness\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Classes are free for students, and open to anyone. If you are not a student, we are offering a Try Before you Buy promo week from January 9-12, 2017.
