Faculty Services has been distributing mass general announcements\/documents on behalf of departments but this practice must be minimized. The Abbotsford mailroom can distribute material\/information that is important for faculty and staff but departments now need to distribute hard copies of their own general announcements\/documents or consider alternate ways to distribute their information (e.g. electronically). This will allow us to be more fiscally responsible (and print\/photocopy less) and conscious of reduced staffing on the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses.<\/p>\n
