UFV Rowing is back at and invites all Faculty, Staff, significant others, and friends to take up this fun challenge!\u00a0 Join us\u00a0in this\u00a0tradition of excellence by participating in the community rowing challenge. All levels of experience welcome. Row with your colleagues twice a week through April and May. This is a\u00a0\u00a0great team-building opportunity. Learn and refine basic boat handling, rowing, and racing skills. Concludes\u00a0with an exciting regatta and race against other crews in the Deep Cove Community Challenge.<\/p>\n
Location: Panorama Park, Deep Cove.\u00a0 All practices will run out of the Fort Langley Rowing Centre, on\u00a0\u00a0the lovely Bedford Channel \u2014 home of UFV Rowing.<\/p>\n
The program will start week of April 10, and <\/strong>run for eight weeks, and culminating in a regatta on\u00a0 Sat, June\u00a04 from 8 am\u20132 pm.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n Sessions will run twice a week on evenings, with approximate times 5:30-7:15pm. (but we are flexible if this time doesn\u2019t work for you\u2026.let us know!)<\/p>\n Registration Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8 Weeks of rowing twice weekly in Eights<\/strong> or \u00a0Quads<\/strong>.
