myUFV is scheduled for an upgrade during reading break in February 2015. This upgrade is necessary as the current version will no longer be supported by the vendor at the end of this year. Resolved – October 8, 2015 (11:30 am) Student remote network file access via myFiles (Fileway) is currently unavailable for until approximately 11 am. If during this time access to student files is required immediately, drives can be accessed by coming onto any UFV campus and logging onto a student computer. Please check back for updates.
It’s easy to bring up your schedule in myUFV. Once you’ve logged in, please go to the Student Information link on the Home Tab. From here click on the registration link And then Student Schedule From here you can view and print your class schedule.
The IT Services help desk will be moving into its newly renovated space in Abby B241 during the last two weeks of August. At that time we will also will be transitioning to a new name. Resolved August 24, 2015 (9:39 am) myUFV is showing errors while attempting to render channels in some accounts. IT Services is aware of the issue and is actively looking for the issue. There is no timeline for resolution at this time.
Emailing your students through myUFV is as simple as going through the Faculty Information link in the myUFV Records Services channel on the Home Tab. Resolved August 12, 2015 9:30am “Banner Self-Service is temporary unavailable for wireless on-campus connections. To view your information (grades, schedules etc) please connect through the wired on-campus network, or from home.”
