eHelp Desk Upgrade

eHelp Desk will be upgraded on October 27, 2013 from 8am – 10am. The system will be unavailable to users who wish to submit a new ticket or look up an existing ticket.

This upgrade will improve performance and show off a new remodeled user interface.
