There are only a few weeks left to book a dining experience at UFV’s Rivers Dining Room.

Check out our video for a glance into the world of the culinary arts students, who work hard every week to hone their fine dining skills.

Located at UFV’s Trades and Technology Centre at the Canada Education Park in Chilliwack, 5579 Tyson Rd, the restaurant launched in February and is open through to May.

All of the meals are be prepared by UFV’s Culinary Arts cooks-in-training, who currently take on the daily task of feeding hundreds of fellow students in the Trades and Technical Centre cafeteria.
