Employees eligible for Training & Development funds must submit their claim for 2017/18 fiscal year by February 28, 2018.
Employees eligible for Health Spending Account funds need to submit claims for expenses incurred in the fiscal year, April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018, as soon as possible. HSA balances can be viewed when you log in to myUFV and click on Benefits. Reminder that only funds allocated in Fiscal 17/18 can be carried forward to the next fiscal. If you had funds carried forward from Fiscal 16/17 and they remain in your HSA now, they will not be carried forward to the next fiscal year. Funds Designation Forms will be sent in March for the 2018/19 funds and it is at that time that you can direct some or all of those funds to an RRSP account. Unused funds cannot be directed to an RRSP account.
